For the past 2 weeks, i've been taking a "set" of nutritional organic drinks for my breakfast and supper.. Initially, my motive to start this is to improve my health "problem".. but after 2 weeks of consumption, i felt different in a way that my stomach will only starts rumbling when it almost my lunch time.. compared to before im on these beverages, which i usually had milo, bread or maggie mee, my stomach will starts making noise 2 to 3 hours after my breakfast..

This set of health drink includes wheatgrass, barley grass, 5 grains oatmilk, wild rice powder, pre balance powder and omega nutritional oil - all mixed together and shake!! shake shake and shake happily!! Huh? why happily? Hehehee.. according to some nutrition practitioners, human's emotion and thinking might influence the foods/drinks they consume and this will influence the absorption and digestion in the body. Eg: when a person is sick / just argue with bf/gf, automatically it will influence the person's appetite.. true? So, be happy when u prepare your foods until you clean your plates!! Surprisingly, these drinks cost me less than rm2 per meal. Hey! im not selling products yeh.. coz im not in the sales team.. just to share some of my thoughts and experience.

On another note, i felt im not as tired as last time.. i dunno whether izit because of the beverages i consumes, which is kinda like doing some detoxification in my body.. How? by looking at the poo poo! =P Healthy poo poo = floating - soft like toothpaste - less than 200g - very soft & smooth - like bananas - at least once a day - golden yellowish - without smell. Check it out!! =.="

However, the wheatgrass and barley grass shouldn't be in exceeding amount.. Thought of consuming more.. for stronger and faster detox effect? Oh Nonono.. the effects will be causing dizziness and nausea.. exactly 1 teaspoon, twice per day, that will be the perfect dosage..

Next product to try will be the organic molasses which can helps to warm blood, increase blood circulation and ease menstrual pain and i heard my colleague said that it works! =P

Hey people! anyone interested in presto pesto? something healthy for breakfast? =D

I've tried my company's own recipe of presto pesto..

Yummy!! the taste is not only acceptable but it's delicious.. and healthy!!

Presto Pesto (serves 2-4)

Ingredients:

1 cup of Parsley
1 cup of Celery
1 Garlic clove
3 tablespoons Walnuts
1 slice of Lemon
1 tablespoon Soysauce

Directions:

Blend together the walnuts and garlic to a paste
Add the parsley and celery and begin blending again
Stir in lemon juice and soysauce
Bon appetite!
Serve by spreading on biscuits, breads and others

Updates!! Currently, Im working at Green Image Enterprise Sdn. Bhd., an organic company at Puchong. At last i found something that i love and it's so near my house. I'm loving my job from day to day. After my exams n presentation given by the company, i got nothing much to do now.. ya and next, i gotta start to perform now.. doing case study, applying theory and relate company's products on the task given, answering customers enquiries bout their health problems - thats my job as a nutritionist.. but my complication is that most of the case studies are in chinese =( so difficult for me.. gotta write pin yin everyday and seek help from my chinese ed cousin bro. Other than that, i think my other job scope will be a part of the fair department of my company.. yeehh.. i love health fair!! at least not 5days, 8.30am-6pm in the office =P

Arrghh!! i miss my blog!
I always wana update my blog everyday but im so lazy and lack of time to do so..
Im busy hunting for job these few weeks..
To me, in order to get the right wan is so so so difficult!!
A nutritionist? Location? Traveling? Stress? Overtime? WORKING DAYS & HOURS? Job scope?
Duuh! Nothing is perfect! Now i realize how true is this phrase..
I became a nutritionist in Keep Slim for less than 8 hours and i quit! i gave up.. hahaha...

Last weekend was great for me although it was a little hectic and messy around..
- Attended my frens wedding on Sat..
- Went out with my good old U6S4 pranksters fwens on Sun to celebrate one of my goodie fren, KittyWong's belated B'day..
On another note, kH was under pressure that time, rushing to complete his task assigned by his company.. I felt so useless for being helpless.. I really dunno what can i do to help him besides sitting next to him... in silent / sleeping mode =.=" Luckily he managed to handle it..
Late at night, we went to Shabu Shabu at Bandar Puteri, Puchong to reward *cof* ourselves *cof cof* after a hard day of works.. ya... ya... reward mysef i shud say.. coz im the one who love to eat n eat n eat n eat... But kH did enjoy the food and environment =D
Btw, i went to an interview today at Puchong and there will be another one at sunway tomolo..

Last week, me n colleagues went to this organic shop n restaurant to have our lunch. The foods were healthy! you can see all those "healthy and nutritious meals" from the menu... enzymes drink, soy mee, wheat noodles, red yeast noodles, etc etc.... Olive oil was their cooking oil and they cook with healthy cooking method... no deep-frying, no barbecueing, no grilling, no roasting... the foods were nutritious and appetizing but a bit costly...

Early this morning, i let Nini and Bibi walk out by themselve... 5 min later, Nini come back without her baby!! OMG OMG.. im so scare.. 1st thing in my mind was.. die, dad gonna kill me coz i lost his fav puppy... Mom and I drove to look for that silly Bibi and we found him sitting by the roadside with his innocent look... so adorable.. once i got down from the car, Bibi run towards me as in... I’m having lots of fun working in Hewo.com for my co-op.. I’m placed under consultation team and doing lots and lots of Q&A for herbs and health... Every time I get home, I felt so tired and just wana sleep.. Looking at the calendar, waiting for weekends to enjoy til the max!! Hahaha...

Few days ago, i saw one of my fren's msn's personal message stated that "Dunno wana go out this sat o not? Coco Banana!" I was like.. wat? Coco Banana? Funny name for a pub, to me... but.... can't imagine that on last sat nite, im in Coco Banana! *tisk tisk tisk* My fren who organized this "gathering" kept on asking evry1 whether izit ok o not? i guess, he's worried bout the new place there and he cares bout our feelings.. Somehow, i don't really can take the noise and crowded place.. age-ing factor, i guess >.< the sound system was great but the remix songs was not so nice.. My fren said that, Barcelona's songs, R&B would be better...

That nite was fabulous.. but... i did things that i won't do, i saw things that i won't see and i thought things that i won't think.. sorry... i crap a lot nowadays coz im in dilemma... *sigh* Reached home bout 4am that nite and somehow, something distracted me and didn't slept that day.. wait let me do a count... 9am(19/4/2008) til 3am(21/4/2008), 37hours i didn't sleep!! My My... exams and thesis writting oso din get me into this. Blur. On another note, i had this stupid eye infection.. so painful.. due to contact lense - highest possibility. Blame "some1"... my slave.... Oh No... im not going to start this... NO!! Self control pls... *crap crap*

Somehow.... i stil can't really let go... but i promise i will try.... and 1 day... i can make it i know... i know i can... "LIFE MUST GO ON, DUDE!" Sounds simple? Duh! True love stories really happen? TV series usually will have beautiful ending.. ok gal! STOP DREAMING.. Im so sorry to have this kind of feelings.. i knew i shudn't... -End-

I got a big surpise in the early morning on 29th of March..
My Nini gave birth to her...

1st litter of puppies!

The 1st wan came out at 6.30am...
After an hour, the second..
Finally it drag til 12pm and there are all together...
6 baby Nini...
4males and 2 females...
But none of them look like their mommy in terms of their coat...
Hehehe...
Nini is really a smart and good doggie...
She wans sayang so much..
People said... DON'T EVA GO NEAR A FEMALE DOG WHICH JUST DELIVERED HER BABIES..
But... my Nini.. she wans me.. she wans me to help her in everything.. She's even tamer than before..
Nini eats a lot nowadays... 4-5 times a day...
And Me? Oh God.. So busy with them...
I sleeps less nowadays just becoz of them - feeding, ensure evrything goes well, make sure their cleanliness.. and a clean and comfortable place for them..
Mom said i should go for Veterinarian instead of Nutrition course >.<

7 Days in China...

The trip on 19th to 25th of Feb to Hangzhou, Shanghai and Suzhou was fantastic..
Sis and bro-in-law went to Hangzhou a day earlier than me and my younger sis..
We met at Hangzhou Airport on 19th Feb - night

Upon arrival, the temperature there was about 3 degreeC..

Luckily we wore our LongJohn on the plane but we stil felt the extreme weather..

Almost can't breathe =P

After settled down ourselves, there's nothing much we can do except hunting for FOODS since it was bout 11pm when we reached the hotel...

Hangzhou is popular with its lotus roots, tong po meat, beggar chicken, steam sweet & sour cod fish and we got to eat all these yummy delicious heaven foods there...

Second day in Hangzhou - we went to West Lake before we caught a train to Shanghai in the afternoon..

Came across an advertisement board which i found that it's quite interesting..

In Shanghai, our hotel is just behind the buzy street, Nanjing Road..

Hence, it's so convenience for us to shop and no worries for FOODs...

At night, we met up with sis's fren, Frances for dinner in Shanghai.. She brought us to eat Shanghai SzeChuan cuisine.. It's so original and the food there was affordable.. 6 of us, 12 dishes cost us bout 300RMB only, means bout rm138!!
As Szechuan international reputation for being hot and numbing, because of the common ingredient Szechuan peppercorn (Fagara), im shocked and almost choke to death when i took a big sip of the soup with this Fagara...

As planned, we celebrated our 15th day of Chinese Lunar New Year in Shanghai...

Never experience this great celebration before in my life! I really love the chinese celebration there..

In Yuan Garden, we also got to eat the best and original Shanghai Xioa Long Paos..
Remember this restaurant when you’re in Shanghai, Nanxiang Mantou Dian (南翔饅頭店)
This is the shop that invented xiao long baos and you will always find a crazy mad line of people at the take-out window waiting to buy 16 xioa long baos for 12RMB which is just rm5.52!! Crazy right..

We are too desperate for the paus and lazy to go for the line so we decided to go upstairs for the deluxe version.. =P
As we sat on the table, we are informed that minimum order for each of us will be 25RMB, 4 of us.. 100RMB for 3 baskets of the paos.. each basket consists only 6 paos…

We had pork, crab roe and prawn xiao long paos…
Conclusion : 18paos for 100RMB = rm46..

Fuyoooooohhh….

Sis and bro-in-law = thumbs up!!

Bro-in-law was so unsatisfied with the price and amount of paos...

So, he went for the line downstairs before we left that place…
Our stomach was bloated with XIAO LONG PAOS coz he bought...

16paos x 2packets = 32paos = 24RMB = rm11.04…

So satisfied!!! Hahaha…

The 4th and 5th day of our trip was at Suzhou..

It is so true that Suzhou is famed for its beautiful gardens and traditional waterside architecture and also has been called both the Venice and the Paris of the East...

No ideo why this cuttie pie run towards me and paused for a moment with this look.. i stopped the puppy in english but it ran away... my sis told me that im in CHINA, so, the puppy dont understand what am i talking! tisk tisk tisk...

Well, the rest of the days, we went back to Hangzhou...

While waiting sis and bro-in-law in a bookstore in Hangzhou...

In Hangzhou, we surely back for the Hangzhou famous Tong Po meat and other super delicious dishes...

Well.. by this time, i shud b struggling with my thesis writting and mid term exams..
but CNY mood keep on pulling me from proceeding my work..
On another note, my supervisor for my thesis just delivered fraternal twins!!
The twins were borned with the weight of 1.8kg on last friday...
The babies's feet are just the size of a thumb!! so cute...
Wohoooo... so great rite.. but........
What about me? and other 4 of my coursemates who are all under her?
The head of school told us that she will only be back in the month of May!
My VIVA presentation which is scheduled in the end of April will be postponed to July.. only 5 of us... *pity*
By that time, i will be doing my Co-Op Training..
Am i unlucky? coz i will be passing up my thesis writting 3 months later than my other frens... Luckily not graduating late *wink*
Am i lucky? coz final exam, thesis writting and VIVA presentation will be in the months of April.. and i just need to focus on the final exam..

The wedding dinner on tat night was totally unique and fantastic!!
The concept of the wedding dinner was different than the others where Cowboy was tat night's theme and it was a buffet wedding dinner located in an opened area..

We went back to resort rooms and slept over that night...

The next morning, after breakfast, we went for horse riding, kart racing and also quick tour around the resort..

It was really a very nice wedding ceremony and oso family vacation over there...

My sis's wedding ceremony continues on the following saturday which was on the 8th of December, morning, at my house...

This was the day, my bro-in-law came all the way from PD to my house for the ceremony..

My bro-in-law and his konco-konco reached me house bout 10.30am where they were required to go round my housing area for 8 rounds, instructed by the Tai kam jie before they can stopped at my house...

After 8 rounds in the car, finally, they can stopped in front of my house and my bro opened the car's door after he got an ang pow from my bro-in-law...

After all the praying ceremony in my house, by 1pm, the couple, heng dais and ji muis headed to PD to my bro-in-law's house for the couple's praying and tea ceremony...

By 4pm, we headed to Eagle Ranch Resort, PD for a rest and started get ready for the guy's side wedding dinner that night...

My parents and relatives reached the resort bout that time too...

Upon checked-in, they started to prepared themselves for that night...

Yeh.. i think i shud start blogging bout my sis's wedding..

Special moments to be written down and remember for lifetime...

The preparation for the wedding dinners in Puchong for the bride's side and PD (bro-in-law's side) were well planned and organized i would like to say after all the conflicts, arguements, hair-pulling, ti ti, da da and so on... =p

We had a few general family "meeting" which CY addressed my sis as the president and also rehearsal for my sis's wedding dinner... sounds serious huh? cehwah...

We also had a few rehearsals for the flower boy and flower girl in my house...

Practise makes perfect.. from walking like a robot, one back one front, shy shy to hold hands.. But in the end..

Both of them did pretty well that night!

So sweet....

Sis's wedding Puchong reception was on the 1st of Dec 2007 held in Puchong Casa Square, Tai Thong Imperial Palace Restaurant...

The dinner was scheduled to start at 7pm but due to the amount of ladies in my family, we started to prepare ourselves as early as 2pm.. =D

Not only the ladies, the men and boys in my family also booked themselves for hairdo too...

We divide ourselves into 6 different saloons and makeup beauty centres =.="

The bridal makeup artist for my sis reached my house as early as 2:30pm..
Everywan settled down at about 5pm and we rushed to the dinner place for settings and tea ceremony for relatives..

My grandpa and grandma were so happy that night...

It took bout an hour for the tea ceremony before the guests for the wedding dinner started to arrived at about 7pm.. The arrival of guests, sitting arrangements, reception and guest books are organized, conducted and with the helped of my parents, siblings, bro-in-law, uncles and my sis's best fwens...

Anyway, Dad and mom were super happy that night... Mom said that her mouth remained open the following day coz of laughing and smiling to much during sis's wedding that nite! OhNo.. this is a bit exaggerated.. *Teheeeeeee*

During that night, i would like to say, family members play rely important roles for their "duties" and support!

Sis's is so lucky to have us to bring it on... ceeeeehhh.. hehehe...
Sis's is lucky to have our best and trustable ahyi and yi cheong as her financial officers for the dinner =)
She's lucky enough to have a great pal, Wilson Tan to capture all her best moments with his super high tech cam and once again, Wilson.. WE ARE NOT CRUEL K!! WE SAYANG YOU MUCH... =D

Sis is fortunate enough to have my parents to support her, her goodie frens to help her, cousin sisters to look after her, and of coz she has me!! as her lap sap por, picked all her rubbish =P and kena scolded for everything...

Hello.. sorry for abandon my blog for so long.. 3 weeks i didnt update my blog.. bad gurl =P

Im too busy with my data collection for thesis and my sis's wedding which last for 2 weeks =)

As for my data collection, at 1st im quite worry for the responses from my housing area here..

I heard from my fren tat the crowd and responses are bad in the area she's doing.. thus, im so worry bout my part... i asked my sis for tips n "cheats" since she had done it before.. she gave me a few words which are "DUDUK BAWAH POKOK..."

I was like What?????? she further explained that duduk bawah pokok means that.. sit under the tree and fill in those questionaires urself! Gosshh... i hope i dont have chance to do that =P

The response from my neighbours are quite good.. so far, the best result i obtained was 41 completed survey form in a day.. but i stil got bout 60 more to go... a lot wey =(

Was quite busy and... oso lazy as well.. hehehe..
Went Neway with my sis, bro-in-law and my sis's frens on monday night.. the buffet dinner was so nice! Different varieties of foods from sushi to dim sum... chicken chops, 5 or 6 types of soups, cakes, etc.. etc..
Yesterday was another super busy day for me.. finally i got all the equipments and survey questions for my thesis.. means that.. It's all begins now! 6 weeks from now to do my data collections..
Today, mom and i accompany sis to get her wedding gowns... half day gone.. went jogging wit CY and Sung baby in the late evening.. *fine day*
Tomorrow? rehearsal for my sis's wedding.. What?? REHEARSAL? hahahahaha....
Fri? sis's wedding pre-celebration....

Last nite, dad bought back a few dozens of red wines for my sis wedding next week..

Since all of us were at home last nite, dad ask us to test on it..

After chilling it for bout half an hour, we divided it among ourselves..

CY just took 2 sips coz he need to drive home...

2 glasses already brought me down.. all i can remember was someone called me for a drink and i was argueing with him with the age range of young adults for my final year project.... This morning, my cousin bro called up and he's the wan who called me last nite.. My final year project thing is nothing to do with him at all!! What the....

He laughed at me and he said dunno what am i toking last night...

So embarassing...

I slept for 13 hours last night...

Exam results for the past sem not out yet... i've been checking the e-advantage quite often... worry coz i did badly, i knew...

This morning i fetched my sis to work at Sentosa coz she's not feeling well but she need to do something important in the office.. We picked CY on the way to sis's office... CY brought me to eat dry bak kut teh after we dropped sis..

An hour later, sis called us to pick her and CY drove us to Sunway for some of sis's wedding pre-arrangement..

Next, we proceed to Subang to meet up my supervisor to get a quotation and some documents for my thesis to passup to my lecturer on this coming monday... Was quite suprised to see those prices that my supervisor quoted to uni for my thesis... is quite unreasonable i would say.... ~800% of the cost?? i think i must do somthing on it....

Driver of the day... WCY... Bravo!!

It was raining cats and dogs when we reached my house in the evening...

We watched a year 2000 tvb series which last for bout 2hrs and 30 mins - 創世紀 (At the Threshold of an Era) before we joined family for yong tau foo dinner...

Saturday.... i conducted a health screening at Shah Alam..

I went all the way to Damansara Uptown to collect my working bag and straight headed to Shah Alam Section 18, Vitacare Pharmacy to work..

It was their member's day and buffet was held for customers...

So, instead of 3 hours conducting health screening.. i was there.. non-stop eating..

but the red bean soup was salty!! red bean soup which is a sweet dessert suppose to be sweet rite?? EEeeee.. the pharmacist took a big bowl for me and i gotta finished it....

When i got home after dinner with CY..

I realized that my house has no water supplied...

Goossh... no water to bath... family went back hometown.. left me alone.. so bad!!

Without hesitating, i packed my stuff and went to my aunt house to stay...

Sunday.... not a good day...
